Nearly one month after her mother's passing, Rachel Rosser has agreed to put herself in the spotlight. She isn't looking for sympathy, fame, or a raucous political debate. Instead, she wants to do everything in her power to make sure no other family goes through the personal loss that her family has recently endured.

Rosser's message is clear. Get vaccinated.

Despite the urging of her daughters (Rachel and her sister Noelle Collier), Kim Maginn made the decision to not get vaccinated.

"(She's) very stubborn and she had made up her mind that that wasn't what she was going to do," Rachel said in an interview with KATV News in Arkansas.

As COVID-19 mutates, and new variants become dominant across the United States, Rachel Rosser has made it her mission to do what she can do to get more people vaccinated. If this means waking up early so that she can share her story on local and/or national news programs, she's ready to go.

As Kim Maginn took her final breaths, her daughter Rachel Rosser was holding her hand.
