This 94-year-old's kindness has us asking, 'Won't you be my neighbor?'
Bob Williams is a retired teacher and WWII veteran who's given out over 6,000 Hershey's chocolate bars to his neighbors.
The Iowa resident has been sharing the sweets for the past decade and is known locally as the candy man.
Bob said he noticed that sharing the chocolate made people smile, so he just started buying the candy in bulk to give to people at the doctor's office or the supermarket.
It's a simple, yet sweet way to share the love in his small town.
