Cowboys, Micah Parsons 'working on' Von Miller after losing out on Gregory

DALLAS -- The Dallas Cowboys are wasting no time in searching for a replacement for defensive end Randy Gregory, who signed a deal with the Denver Broncos on Tuesday.

And according to reports, they have just the replacement in mind, with former Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams standout Von Miller jumping to the front of the conversation.

Miller, who is coming off of his second Super Bowl win, was a key part in the Rams playoff success, finishing the post season with four sacks, six tackles for loss, six quarterback hits, and 14 combined tackles.

After his trade from Denver, Miller was also big for the Rams in the regular season, finishing with 12 tackles for loss, five sacks and eight quarterback hits in eight games.

Former Cowboy standout DeMarcus Ware and current Cowboys star Micah Parsons have also been vocal about the possibility of Miller coming to Dallas, tagging him in posts on Twitter in recent hours. Parsons also tagged former Seahawks star Bobby Wagner in his tweet.

For his career, Miller has 115.5 sacks, 154 tackles for loss and 233 quarterback hits, and has started every game he has played in his NFL career.

He is also a former Super Bowl MVP, three-time first team All-Pro, four-time second team all pro, and an eight-time Pro Bowler.
