DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) -- Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones knows that beating the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night will be a challenge for the team.
"The opportunity of playing a team of this stature is really exciting," Jones said. "This is an opportunity midseason to have the kind of game that could change your attitude."
The Saints come in to the game leading the NFC South with a 10-1 record. With a revitalized Saints defense, paired with the quick offense and the accuracy of QB Drew Brees, Jones knows the game will be fight to the end.
"Each play, every time they (Saints) have the ball, it's a Super Bowl play," Jones said.
The game also brings a reunion with Saints head coach Sean Payton, who once coached for the Cowboys.
"He's a great coach and a great leader," Jones said.
