On a quiet, summer Sunday afternoon, New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson found himself trending on Twitter for quite a peculiar reason.
His ex-girlfriend, Abbey Gile, blasted out a shocking allegation about the second-year quarterback’s personal life following attacks she received on Instagram for now dating his friend and former BYU roommate, Commanders wide receiver Dax Milne, who posted a photo of the two of them together.
In a response to somebody calling Gile a “homie hopper,” on her Instagram, she responded by revealing Wilson was actually sleeping with his mother’s best friend.

Giles has deactivated her Instagram page since the screenshot was captured and circulated through Twitter. Milne still has the photo up, but the comments have now been turned off and deleted.
We have no idea if this allegation is true or not. But what we do know is that it took social media by storm and everyone seems to want it to be true.
This also may explain what Braxton Berrios might have really meant when he recently said Wilson has "aged so much" since last season.
