Joey Logano’s car wreck during Sunday’s GEICO 500 at Talladega nearly flipped onto Bubba Wallace — leading to a scary moment.
Four others were also involved, and only Logano — who escaped without injury — was forced to exit the race.
Fox Sports released the full audio from Wallace and all the other drivers involved, which contained their live, real-time reactions to Logano’s wreck.
The 57-second mark is where the reactions begin.
Wallace, whose car came the closest to getting crushed by Logano, is heard panicking as Logano’s car came barreling toward him.
“No, no, no, no, no , no, no!” he said. “Just check the right front. Whoo!”
Wallace was able to narrowly avoid being taken out by Logano and had another amusing exchange with his spotter, Freddie Kraft, who told him that his in-car camera is pretty impressive.
“Yeah. Probably s**t myself there,” he said.
That kinda falls in line with his other quote from Sunday. Luckily, nobody was hurt but it is certainly a reminder just how scary and quickly a driver’s life can be put in danger on the racetrack.
