It has been quite a remarkable season for Josh Allen and the third-year quarterback was able to cement himself into Buffalo Bills history in his final game.
Allen passed Drew Bledsoe to set the Bills franchise record for most passing yards in a single season when he completed a six-yard pass to Devin Singletary in the first quarter on Sunday.
The 24-year-old quarterback topped Bledsoe’ mark of 4,359 yards, which he set back in 2002.
The 2020 season has been a breakout year for Allen, who had the Bills playing for the No. 2 seed in the AFC on Sunday and entered the game with 34 touchdowns to nine interceptions, as well as eight rushing touchdowns.
While many believe this year’s MVP race is between Aaron Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes, Allen has certainly put himself into the conversation with the season he has had and has Bills fans beaming with optimism as the playoffs approach.
