Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has addressed a teammate's critical comments following a tough loss to the rival Steelers.

The reigning NFL MVP addressed a since-deleted social media post by wide receiver Marquise Brown, who seemed to throw Jackson under the bus after he struggled to connect with his receivers in the frustrating defeat against Pittsburgh in Week 8.

Jackson, speaking on Wednesday, admitted that he's been falling short at getting the dynamic Brown involved in the Ravens' offense.

"That's one of our key players to our offense," Jackson told reporters. "I want to get him the ball, the easiest way and fastest way we can. I have to do a better job of getting it to him."

The unit stagnated at times on Sunday against the stingy Steelers defense, especially in the passing game. Brown, a first-round pick out of Oklahoma in 2019, took to Twitter to vent his frustration after he was targeted only twice in a game which the Ravens led by 10 points at halftime.

“what’s the point of having souljas when you never use them (Never!!)," he said, before deleting the post.

"He's a big part of our offense. We need him," Jackson said on Wednesday. "So we got to be better at that, and we'll be fine."

Brown has 27 grabs for 379 yards and two touchdowns on the season, averaging 14 yards per catch. His lone reception on Sunday went for a 3-yard touchdown.
