The NBA All-Star Game is meant to be a show to put on for the fans, but even the players can sometimes be left in awe.
Just ask Luka Doncic.
The Dallas Mavericks star was caught on camera shaking his head in disbelief after Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard pulled up from just before halfcourt to sink a long 3-pointer as if it was nothing.
Doncic, who is leading the league with 33.3 points per game, was drafted to be on LeBron James’ team but he seemed to be enjoying the show that Giannis Antetokounmpo’s team was putting on.
Earlier in the game, Ja Morant threw down a backwards dunk on a fastbreak and as he turned back up court Doncic told him, “I can do that too. Nobody gives me the chance.”
Unfortunately, we did not get to see that but we all would certainly love to see if Doncic could indeed throw down an acrobatic dunk.
