March Madness is rolling along and the action of Round 2 made fans want to pull their hair out just as much as the first two days did. Brackets were in shambles, underdog bettors had some luck, and the betting odds kept us on the edge of our seats.
No perfect brackets remained by the end of this round and you could watch people’s picks get busted to bits in real time all over social media. So, without further ado, let’s look at how the action played out on Twitter.
Loyola Chicago demolished Illinois and a ton of bracket dreams.
Including Barack Obama’s. A lot of chalk in Barackotology.
But Loyola had the power of Sister Jean behind them.
Though some would argue they deserved to go down in flames.
Rooting for the absolute most chaos possible is one way to go through March Madness.
So is being so far out of it you start rooting against yourself.

Rutgers imploded in their loss to Houston and broke the state of New Jersey’s collective heart to pieces, but leave it to Nick Kostos to look on the bright side.
Oregon unleashed a complete Quack Attack on Iowa, beating them to a pulp in the upset.
And the Madness of March was alive and well when Syracuse pulled off a WILD upset over West Virginia. Add Pillow Pets to the list of good luck charms, along with Sister Jean. Orange you glad you listened to BetQL U?! (I’ll see myself out).
