Steph Curry is just two 3-pointers away from passing Ray Allen on the all-time leaderboard and the Hall of Famer plans to be in the building for that moment.
Allen posted on his Instagram Tuesday that he will be in attendance at Madison Square Garden as the Warriors visit the Knicks for what will be a historic night in the NBA.
Coincidentally, Reggie Miller — who held the record prior to Allen — will also be in the building and on the call doing the broadcast for TNT.
Curry has been gunning for the record in recent games, and it may even be affecting his play.
The Warriors star is 14-fo-46 from beyond the arc in his last three games as he tries to surpass Allen, who he is just one behind with 2,972 career three-pointers.

Tuesday’s game at Madison Square Garden is also the hottest ticket in town, with the minimum ticket costing $565 to get in, per Arash Markazi.
When Curry inevitably does get the record, though, it should make for another memorable moment on what has been a Hall of Fame career.
