Sauce Gardner made sure to celebrate the Jets’ win over the Packers on Sunday with a a side of cheese.

The rookie cornerback soaked in the unlikely 27-10 victory at Lambeau Field by wearing a cheesehead Packers fans often don at games and celebrating with the Jets fans who trekked to Green Bay.
Not everyone liked this move, though.
As Gardner started making his way toward the tunnel to the locker room, Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard ran by and knocked the cheesehead off of Gardner.
There was no confrontation that ensued, and Gardner appeared to run back onto the field with it.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Gardner got the cheesehead from a contingent of Jets fans from the stands.
Pelissero was also able to ask Lazard about knocking it off his head.
Via ProFootballTalk, Lazard told Pelissero there is no beef between him and the Jets rookie.
“It’s a cool name, too. Sauce,” he said. “I can’t even be mad.”
The Jets are now a surprising 4-2 and entered Sunday evening behind the Buffalo Bills in the AFC East.
