Skip Bayless fires back at Russell Westbrook after calling him 'Westbrick' on Twitter

By , Audacy Sports

Skip Bayless has made many enemies over his decade-long career in the media which includes Lakers guard Russell Westbrook. Westbrook has made it clear that he does not like Bayless and let it be known again after he fired back on the FS1 pundit for calling him "Westbrick."

Bayless responded, with the first part of his tweet coming off cordial, asking the former NBA MVP to appear on his show or podcast. His tune soon changed to calling out the Lakers guard for his poor play last season and for his high payday compared to his on-the-court performance.

Any chance of the two ever meeting in person is likely never going to happen after Bayless just couldn't help himself but continue to troll Westbrook.

While there is certainly some truth in Bayless' assessment of Westbrook, he is playing right into his hands as Skip lives to mock and prod players in an effort to garner more attention for himself.

Set to make $47 million after a terrible first season in L.A., the only way Westbrook can silence the critics like Bayless is to perform better net season and help the Lakers push towards a deep playoff run.
