Tom Brady was involved with a very special moment at the end of the Buccaneers-Bears game.
In the closing seconds, Brady went behind the Tampa Bay bench to a young fan, shook his hand and then handed him his Buccaneers sideline hat.
The boy had a sign that read, “Tom Brady helped me beat brain cancer," and he broke down in tears following the interaction.
Brady and the Bucs won the game, 38-3, and the QB threw four touchdown passes.
