Ronald Acuna Jr. is indeed back.
The Braves superstar, recently returning from an ACL tear, looked 100 percent when he somehow navigated his way out of a rundown against the Mets on Wednesday afternoon.

With one out in the top of the sixth, and Atlanta already holding a commanding 6-0 lead, Matt Olson looked to have rapped into a certain inning-ending double play, ripping a hard grounder right at Pete Alonso at first base.
Alonso tagged first, threw over to second, and Acuna was caught in a rundown. Only shortstop Francisco Lindor quickly fired back to Alonso, allowing Acuna to break for second. By the time Alonso got the ball back to Lindor, Acuna was headfirst safely into second base.
Clearly excited to be back and wowing baseball fans again, Acuna got up and playfully ran in place to celebrate his great escape.
