Last Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars silenced their critics with an emphatic road victory over the division rival Tennessee Titans. This Sunday, they found a way to win with improbable walk-off drama. After forcing overtime in a barn-burner against the Dallas Cowboys, Jaguars safety Rayshawn Jenkins picked off Dak Prescott and returned it 52 yards for a game-sealing touchdown.
The chances of overtime at TIAA Bank Field weren't strong in the third quarter, as the Cowboys held a 27-10 lead with 5:21 remaining. But, across the final 20 minutes of regulation, the Jaguars rallied with 21 unanswered points, lost their four-point lead, and then ultimately forced the extra period with a 48-yard field goal as the clock expired. With the loss, Dallas failed to clinch a playoff spot.
