PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) — The Pittsburgh Pirates announced a roster update Friday evening.
Pitcher JT Brubaker was reinstated back onto the active roster after being placed on the COVID-19/illness list.
And in a corresponding move, infielder Will Craig was designated for assignment.
Craig more recently made headlines for an infamous gaffe.
The Pirates will continue a four-game series with the Miami Marlins Friday at 7:05 p.m.
The Pirates won the first game with a 5-3 victory over Miami Thursday.
The Marlins and Pirates will go on to play two more times on Saturday and Sunday, as well.
