LOS ANGELES (KNX) — Uber gets you places, delivers your food and groceries…and now it's offering reservations and ticket purchase right in its app with “Uber Explore.” The new feature has recently dropped.

The tech company announced the updates this week on Twitter, explaining that the new tab also offers up recommendations for food, drinks, art, and nightlife in the area you’re using it in.

“We’re excited to announce the launch of Uber Explore, a new product in the Uber app that will allow customers to browse and book experiences — including dinner reservations, live events, and other fun activities,” Uber said in a statement.

In the tab, users will be able to book tickets to events and experiences, see suggestions based on previous visits, book one-click rides to the suggestions and events, and explore Uber offers — including discounts.

For now, as it first launches, users will get 15% off rides up to $10, but Uber said the deals will update and change periodically.

The new features are currently live in 14 cities in the United States, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
