Birdie was rescued by the PSPCA's Animal Law Enforcement team extremely emaciated, but she is now thriving on her road to recovery! Her sweet nature shines through everything she does and she's eager to share her love with a new family. This playful girl is ready to explore and learn about the world around her. She is open to meeting kids and other pups.v
