Meet Muritz, Bennett's PSPCA Pet of the Week!
Although my name may be shared with a city in Switzerland, I am actually from Texas!
A southern gentleman at heart, I have found my way up here and now ready to plant some roots. A shepherd like me is ready for some action-packed adventures. I have found to be a CHAMPION fetch player and if you bring a ball to meet me you better be ready to play. As a rough and tumble guy, I am hoping for a home with dog-savvy older kids that can help to train and teach me manners. I swear I am a nice guy, I just don't know too many commands just yet.
So can you help me be the best version of myself?
At 6 years old I am as loving as I am independent, so I am wishing extra hard for a house with a backyard for me to explore in. We could have so much fun playing games like hide and seek and frisbee. I really would love it if you came down to see if I could fit into your home. Make sure to bring the whole family as I sure want this to be a party! The more the merrier in my book as I get to explore and know all the amazing things Philly has to offer.
