Sean Desai, the new Eagles defensive coordinator, has the fans fired up talking about his defense representing the city.
"This is a tough, hard nosed gritty city and that's how they expect all their teams—not just football," Desai told Jon Marks & Ike Reese on Thursday's 94WIP Marks & Reese Show. "That's how we expect the Sixers to play tonight too, you know what I'm saying? That expectation is real and it's necessary. That's how this city was built, founded, and that's how the people in this city live and that's how we got to kind of eat and breathe that as well."
When asked what type of defense the Eagles will play under Desai, he said:
"We want everybody to be able to feel us."
