(HENRICO COUNTY, Va.) -- Henrico Police have identified the person killed in an East End shooting early Thursday morning.
The victim has been identified as 23 year old Richard Jah'Ta Maxwell of Henrico County. There were three others who were critically hurt in the shooting.
It happened around 3:13 Thursday morning when officers were claled to the 3700 block of Meadowbridge Road. Officers were confronted with four victims who had suffered wounds from the shooting.
Three victims were transported to the hospital with critical injuries while Maxwell died at the scene.
