In Richmond, some schools will be going all virtual learning for the first grading period, while others are utilizing a mix of in-person learning and virtual learning as students head back to school amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Congressman Rob Wittman, who represents Virginia's 1st congressional district, talked with Jeff Katz about what schools in his district are doing.
