Chinese Wet Markets Are Selling Bats As Food Again

After starting the spread of coronavirus around the world, China is now reopening its wet markets.

The wet markets differ from the usual dry markets in that they sell fresh meat, produce and other perishable food items. However, these foods, which include exotic animal meat, are sold in very unsanitary conditions. The outbreak of COVID-19 has actually been linked to a wet market in the Wuhan province, where animals such as horseshoe bats, civets and pangolins are sold and eaten by locals.

The Daily Mail is now reporting that these infamous markets are being reopened all across China after the communist regime declared it had beaten the virus. The worst part? They are still selling bats and other mammals for human consumption.
