First, they blame him for the coronavirus and the economy. Now, the "real" reporters and "serious" journalists are accusing President Trump of disregarding human life to save the economy.
Monday on MSNBC's "All In," host Chris Hayes claimed that President Trump and other conservatives would be willing to let a "million" senior citizens die from coronavirus in order to rescue the economy. Hayes likened it to other "right wing ideas" such as ignoring air pollution, even if it kills people.
Hayes groaned, "And now, after about a week of that economic dislocation, as we continue to climb up the exponential curve of cases and of deaths, the President is now listening to voices on the right that say, 'Really, what's a million seniors when you're thinking about the whole economy?'"
