During a White House coronavirus briefing in the Rose Garden on Friday, CNN reporter Kaitlin Collins seemed annoyed that some who were speaking, including President Trump, were not wearing masks.
Collins asked, "why are some of you wearing a mask and why are some of you not wearing a mask?"
The president responded by saying, "We've all been tested and we're quite a distance away and we're outdoors." He also added that those joining him at the podium were given the option of whether or not they wanted to wear a mask.
Later that day, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany gave a briefing indoors. After it ended, Collins, who was so adamant that the president and others around him should wear a mask, quickly ripped off the mask she was wearing.
