Dr. Ai Fen, the Wuhan Central Hospital doctor who blew the whistle on the Chinese coronavirus, has strangely disappeared since sharing her concerns over the virus to the media.
"60 Minutes Australia" tweeted on Sunday that Ai had gone public two weeks ago and claimed authorities had suppressed her and her colleagues from speaking about the virus, but now, no one knows where she is.
After the show aired, Ai posted something from her account on Chinese micro blogging website Weibo. The vague post featured the caption "A river. A bridge. A road. A clock chime," with a photo taken on Jianghan Road in the Wuhan province.
What has happened to Dr. Ai?
