Cop Killer Sues Because He Can't Sleep Well In His Cell

A Richmond man who was convicted of shooting and killing Virginia State Police special agent Mike Walter is suing Northern Neck Regional Jail, according to CBS 6.

Travis Ball has filed a $1.75 million lawsuit which alleges that he has not received proper medical or mental treatment while in prison. He also claims there is a "lack of safekeeping and rehabilitation" in the jail and that he has nightmares every night and does not feel safe there.
