Every large city in America has its downfalls and its share of run-down neighborhoods, but none rival the growing epidemic in San Francisco.

A city run by Democrats and billionaires that is home to tech giants such as Twitter, Uber and Airbnb is now a wasteland of homeless encampments, needles and drugs addiction. It's become so bad that one expert told The Daily Mail that the streets of San Francisco may be worse than some of the poorest regions of Africa and Asia.
