Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was caught on camera giggling during a press conference as her colleague discussed American casualties in the Iraq War while claiming she was "stricken with PTSD" due to conversations about war with Iran.
Omar was seen giggling behind Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) as the Texas congresswoman talked about U.S. casualties in Iraq. This was after she claimed she was suffering from PTSD because of the conflict with Iran.
Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) took to Twitter to bash Omar for her claims, calling her behavior "a disgrace and offensive."
