The Democrat National Committee (DNC) decided on Tuesday that the threshold to participate in the remaining Democrat debates would be raised - a move that will prevent Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) from participating.
The previous rule allowed a candidate to participate in the debate if that candidate had a single pledged delegate. Gabbard, the only remaining female in the field, gained a delegate from American Samoa on Super Tuesday.
