The father of the eight-year-old girl who was shot and killed in Atlanta over the weekend called out Black Lives Matter in a press conference on Sunday, saying, "They say Black Lives Matter. You killed your own."

Secoriea Turner was killed Saturday night while riding with her mother, Charmaine Turner, near the Wendy's restaurant where Rayshard Brooks was shot and killed by Atlanta police. The driver, a friend of Charmaine Turner's, attempted to turn into a parking lot where protesters had illegally placed barricades when a group member opened fire on the vehicle.

On Sunday the father, Secoriya Williamson, stood and addressed the public on his daughter's death as her mother stood next to him.

"They say Black Lives Matter. You killed your own," he said. "You killed your own this time. Just because of a barrier? They killed my baby because she crossed a barrier and made a u-turn. You killed a child. She didn’t do nothing to nobody."

Charmaine Turner also spoke at the conference, pleading with the public to help identify the people responsible for killing her daughter.

"Help me, help my baby, she was only 8-years old," she said.

She continued, "Right now, it's 6:30, she would have been on Tik-Tok dance (on) her phone. (We would have) just got finished eating."

According to the Associated Press, a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the individuals responsible for the killing of Turner.
