For the second time in less than a week, Joe Biden refused to take questions from reporters.

After the former vice president concluded his remarks at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware on his campaign's 'Build Back Better' energy plan, a journalist in the room called out, "Mr. Vice President, time for a few questions?"

Biden, however, did not look back and continued walking off the stage.

Biden did something similar last week when he visited his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania.

After having a conversation with a resident from across the lawn, Biden was preparing to leave when someone in a group of reporters asked him if he could answer a few questions, but Biden declined:

Biden: "Hey everybody, how are ya?"
Reporter: "Time for a few questions?"
Biden: "No, no."

Biden last held a press conference on June 25, which was the first one he held in 84 days.
