During a campaign rally in Texas, former Vice President Joe Biden committed another major gaffe by bungling a quote from the Declaration of Independence.
While attempting to quote a famous line from the most important document in American history, Biden said, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, all men and women are created by, go, you know, you know the thing."
