Joe Biden continued his trend of avoiding the media as he told reporters Tuesday after finishing a speech that he would take questions "at another time."
"Thank you for listening. I look forward to having your questions at another time, and I'm off to another event," Biden said as he concluded remarks at a campaign event in Delaware.
Biden has not held a press conference since June 25. Before that, he had not held a press conference in 84 days.
