A Boston city councilwoman has proposed legislation that lead to those with lower incomes having to pay less for parking tickets.
According to ABC News, Boston city councilor at-large Julia Mejia brought a proposal to the table that would require a hearing order to determine parking fines based on the income of the violator. Mejia has even gauged reaction on social media.
