So Rainbows Are Only To Be Used By Gay People?

The rainbow was first introduced in the book of Genesis as a symbol of a promise made by God to his creation. In the last few decades, the LGBTQ community has claimed the rainbow flag as their symbol of diversity. And it appears now that nobody else is allowed to use it.

LGBTQ activists in the U.K. are outraged that someone else dared to use a rainbow flag to thank National Health Service workers for their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic. According to the Christian Institute, the symbol has become popular in the U.K. recently as a message of solidarity with NHS workers, as many have taken the LGBTQ rainbow flag and redesigned it to feature a "Thank You NHS" message.

This has the LGBTQ community in a tizzy as one activist complained that businesses who fly the "Thank You NHS" flag "would refuse to hang a rainbow flag outside their business during Pride Season."

He also complained that the LGBTQ cause was being "belittled by the meaning of the rainbow being changed in the current climate."
