If you thought the "real" reporters and "serious" journalists have gone to bat for the Jim Acosta's and Jon Karl's of the world, you haven't seen anything yet.
One week after conservative news network One America News Network was removed from future White House coronavirus task force briefings for apparently "violating" social distancing rules, the illustrious White House Correspondents' Association somehow allowed Phoenix TV, a Chinese network based in Hong Kong, to have a reporter present for Monday's briefing.
Shockingly, the pro-China reporter made sure to back the communist regime by lecturing President Trump on the number of masks and ventilators China has shipped to the United States. She then had the nerve to ask the president if he was "cooperating" with the People's Republic.
President Trump immediately called her out, asking her about her network, "Who are you working for, China? Who are you with? Who owns that? China?"
It turns out, though, that though the reporter claimed Phoenix TV is a "privately-owned company," it may be the exact opposite.
