Billionaire Michael Bloomberg likes to remind you of what a dictator President Trump is and has built his entire campaign around being simply "anti-Trump."
However, while he was mayor of New York City, Bloomberg voted to change the rules on term limits so he could run for a third term as mayor. He then voted to change them back as he was leaving office.
