Democrat presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg claimed that Americans who keep a gun in their homes have a higher risk of death or injury caused by that gun.
While speaking at a CNN town hall event on Wednesday, Bloomberg said, "You don't want to have guns. If you have a gun in your house you're something like 22 times as likely to get killed with a gun."
The former New York City Mayor did not provide any basis for his claim.
