The
New York Times quickly caved to leftist backlash on Tuesday as it
changed an accurate headline to something far more anti-Trump to appease liberals.
The original headline for Tuesday's edition of the Times read, "As Chaos Spreads, Trump Vows To 'End It Now.'"
However, since that headline did not trash President Trump
nearly enough, left-wingers of every kind - including
Jon Lovett and
AOC - shared their disdain for this wildly offensive description.
In response, the headline was quickly changed to say, "Trump Threatens to Send Troops Into States," much to the delight of the outlet's array of Twitter editors.
