A Virginia Beach pro-life counselor was given a criminal citation by police for standing on a sidewalk.
Cheri Britt, Director of Life Ministries, was told by officers she was committing a "criminal offense" by standing on the sidewalk near her RV where she offers free ultrasounds and baby supplies to women who can't afford them. This apparently was in violation of Gov. Ralph Northam's Executive Order 55.
