Despite his efforts to appease violent protesters in the city of Richmond, Mayor Levar Stoney is still being targeted by the angry mob.
Members of the mob demanded to speak with Stoney and shouted profanity and obscenities. And at least three men were seen armed with rifles outside the building, though no one was seen inside the building with a gun.
