
Shootings skyrocketed in New York City last week following the New York Police Department (NYPD) disbanding its plainclothes anti-crime unit.
This is more than double the rate that occurred during the same time period in 2019, when there were only 12 shootings.
The source added, "All those things equal people walking around on the street with guns, shooting each other."
