A trend has returned to the streets of New York City, one that it would likely rather have remained dead.

It seems the infamous "squeegee men" have returned. The New York Post reports that the people who became notorious in the 1990s for running up to stopped cars and attempting to wash windshields for cash are making a comeback. In fact, the famous panhandlers were spotted in Manhattan over the weekend offering their unwanted services.
