It has been nearly four years since Barack Obama held the office of President of the United States, and some of his devoted followers still can't stand to hear any criticism of their golden boy.
Sunny Hostin, co-host of "The View," went to the mat for the former president on Wednesday by delivering a childish rant against President Trump after he criticized the Obama administration for slowing their response to the coronavirus by leaving insufficient medical supplies and masks.
During an interview with ABC anchor David Muir in a mask production factory on Tuesday, the president said:
The cupboard was bare. The other administration - the last administration left us nothing. We didn't have ventilators. We didn't have medical equipment. We didn't have testing. The tests were broken. You saw that. We had broken tests. They left us nothing, and we've taken it and we have built an incredible stockpile.
Upon hearing this, Hostin's head nearly exploded, as she declared that President Trump would never be as smart, successful or as good-looking as Obama.
Hostin snapped, "Well, it's not a surprise that he tried to blame President Obama, and President Obama's administration because he has this obsession with President Obama."
She then barked, "I mean, he'll never be as smart as President Obama or as elegant or eloquent, you know, or as successful. He'll never look as good in a tan suit. So he of course, tried to do that."
Looks like's Sunny's disposition wasn't exactly...well, you know. Apparently she took a page from Don Lemon's book of pettiness.
