Another gun control bill has been put forth from a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, and this one could turn many law-abiding gun owners into criminals.
House Bill 961, introduced by Delegate Mark Levine (D), would make it a felony for citizens to own a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds of ammunition. This legislation also states that it would be felony to possess a 10-round magazine if that magazine has a "removable plate" that allows the capacity to be increased.
