The Trump administration began enforcing a federal registration on Monday which is designed to help curb the amount of welfare-dependent legal immigrants in the United States.
Breitbart News reports that the Supreme Court approved the policy, known as the "Public Charge" rule, that makes it more difficult for legal immigrants to obtain permanent residence in the U.S. if they have used any form of welfare in the past such as as food stamps and Medicaid.
