A member of the Ukranian parliament says he received recorded phone conversations between former Vice President Joe Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that call into question Biden's dealings in Ukraine.
Derkach has past ties to Russian intelligence and claims that Poroshenko was responsible for making the recordings. The tapes include edited pieces of conversations between Biden and Poroshenko that "shed relatively little new light on Biden’s actions in Ukraine."
One conversation in particular has raised some major red flags.
