Virginia Democrats are continuing their assault on the rights and well-being of law-abiding U.S. citizens.
A bill that would make provisions for illegal aliens to possess a driver's license advanced in the Virginia state Senate on Wednesday.
Capital News Service reports that Senate Bill 34, introduced by Sen. Scott Surovell (D-Fairfax), would allow immigrants to obtain a Virginia driver's license even if they are in the country illegally. The applicant must even prove they have no social security number or taxpayer information and submit a statement proving they do not have U.S. citizenship.
